Classes begin early August and run through mid-May. To register online, please complete the form below.
If you prefer to print this form at home and mail it to us with your registration fee, click on the PDF link below, print and complete the form, and mail it in with payment.
Important Enrollment Information:
- Check Availability: Please call the Academy office first to check class availability.
- Registration Status: Registration is not complete until we receive a signed form, registration fee payment, and first month's tuition.
- Fees & Deposits: The Registration Fee is due at the time of registration to hold your child's spot and is non-refundable.
- August Tuition: Due by May 1st of the upcoming school year. This is refundable until July 1st if notified in writing; it is non-refundable after July 1st.
- Tuition Structure: Tuition is based on the cost for the entire school year divided into 10 equal monthly payments.
